Implementation of The Cipp Evaluation Model in the Drive Through Graduation Program De La Salle Catholic University Of Manado (UKDLSM)

چکیده

UKDLSM's 'drive through' graduation, which takes place on October 29-30, 2021, is an innovative, unique, and challenging design. The objective of this research to evaluate the graduation program using CIPP model analyse key areas such as context, input, process, product. This applies a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected by observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires. Rector, Head Executive Committee, Secretary Treasurer, Section Coordinator, Graduates, Parents Graduates participated informants for research. showed that: 1) UKDLSM was selected applied in accordance situation. can be seen terms activity targets' feasibility, program's set objectives, plans' readiness. 2) Activity inputs, human resources, facilities infrastructure, budgets, are line requirements. 3) proceeded properly. However, all committee members' readiness collaboration still required. 4) results were consistent stated goals. observed graduates' degree satisfaction, goes 'very satisfied' category. Based findings, it recommended here that continue extended various changes modifications circumstances conditions.
